Where Is Your Heart? It’s a question we’re asking the campus community this year as we celebrate the 20th anniversary of UT’s Hearts of Texas Campaign. With more than 500 charities to choose from, your heart is sure to find a cause that has particular meaning to you.
Last year we raised nearly $600,000 for those in need in Central Texas, taking our 20 year total to nearly $11 million. I challenge the campus to top that figure in 2016. The Campaign gets underway October 1 and runs through the entire month. To donate or to learn more about the worthy organizations you can help support, please visit Hearts of Texas or contact your departmental representative.
Your gift, large or small, will make a tremendous difference by allowing a charity to feed one more child, provide one more night of shelter for a homeless family, rescue one more animal, or conserve one more acre of forest. Every dollar makes a difference.
Please make a gift today and when you do, make sure to let us know #whereisyourheart.
