United Heritage Charity Foundation Awards UTES, NLP

A big thank you goes to the United Heritage Charity Foundation for its recent gift of $25,000 to be split between  UT Elementary School, UT Charter Schools and the Neighborhood Longhorns Program (NLP). Executives from the United Heritage Credit Union and United Heritage Charity Foundation visited UT Elementary School  on Oct. 12 to present the check.

Of the total funding, $15,000 will be used to support technology and summer school needs at UT Charter School sites; $10,000 will be used for UT Elementary School margin of excellence programming that includes such initiatives as Health and Wellness, the Strings Project, Multicultural arts, STEAM programming and field trips; and $10,000 will be allocated for NLP programming and scholarships.
