Jacoby’s Restaurant & Mercantile (3235 E. Cesar Chavez) will be selling holiday ornaments throughout December with all proceeds benefiting UT Elementary School. The Little Longhorns will help Jacoby’s kick off its second holiday party, Jacoby’s Festivus, on Tuesday, Dec. 6. The festivities begin at 6 p.m. when guests can enjoy refreshments like hot chocolate and holiday cookies while gathering on Jacoby’s bluff overlooking the Colorado River. To get everyone in the holiday spirit, the UT Elementary choir will sing carols and the evening will culminate with a tree lighting at 7:30 p.m.
Jacoby’s Festivus is free and open to the public. The restaurant will be open for normal business hours and diners are encouraged to join the festivities on the bluff.
