The Feminist Action Project and the Queer and Trans Student Alliance at UT Austin are accepting proposals for both workshops and panel talks at their first combined annual conference. The two-day event, held March 31 through April 1 in the Student Activity Center, will be themed “Intersectional Advocacy: Queer, Trans and Feminist Identities in Changing Political Climates.”

Submissions should address either LGBTQA+ identities and cultures or intersectional feminisms (or both) and encompass concepts that transcend the dialogue found in everyday media. Visit this website or email feministactionproject@gmail.com for more details.
