Voice Your Concerns at the Americans with Disabilities Act Accessibility Forums

The university created a standing committee, the ADA Accessibility Committee, to address institution-wide, systemic issues that fall under the scope of the Americans with Disabilities Act Amendments Act (ADAAA). The committee hosts forums every year to solicit campus input.
This year’s committee is seeking your comments on ADA issues which you believe need to be addressed. While we are interested in your individual situations and experiences, the ADA Accessibility Committee is charged with developing solutions for the broad-based concerns affecting many in our community. We hope you will attend one or both of the forums and bring your thoughts and suggestions.
Forum Dates:
· Monday, April 10, 12-1 p.m. in SSB G1.310 (Glenn Maloney Room)
· Thursday, April 13, 4-5 p.m. in SSB G1.310 (Glenn Maloney Room)
Should you have need for reasonable accommodation to participate in one of the forums, please call 512-232-2910 prior to the scheduled date and the Services for Students with Disabilities office will make every effort to assist you with the accommodation.
