The Longhorn Center for Community Engagement is hosting a Community-Based Learning & Research Symposium on Friday, April 6, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at the Texas Union, Quadrangle Room 3.304.  The event is open to researchers and anyone who is interested in learning more about this field of study.

The day will feature UT faculty panels and graduate student poster sessions around the following areas:

• Education
• Health and wellness
• Housing and affordability
• Legal advocacy
