Multicultural Graduation Ceremonies Happening May 22 -23

Native American and Indigenous Studies Graduation & Graduate Portfolio Colloquium
When: May 10, Colloquium: 2-3:30 p.m; Graduation: 4-5:30 p.m.
Where: Patton Hall (RLP, room 1.302C)
The Native American and Indigenous Studies program in the College of Liberal Arts is hosting a special graduation ceremony and graduate portfolio colloquium.
First Gen Longhorns Graduation
When: 12:30 p.m., May 22
Where: Student Activity Center (SAC) Auditorium (first floor)
We are now accepting registrations to be added to the waitlist for the First Gen Graduation Ceremony. To be added, please complete this registration form. Completing the form does not guarantee that you will have a chance to participate in the ceremony. The deadline to be added is Friday, May 10, 2019 at 3pm. We will follow-up with you on Monday, May 13th with a final decision.
Lavender Graduation
Where: Student Activity Center (SAC) Ballroom
When: 4 p.m., May 22
Lavender Graduation honors the achievements of graduating LGBTQA+ students on campus. A reception and LGBTQ+ Alumni Celebration will immediately follow in the Connally Balloroom of the Etter Harbin Alumni Center. Go here for registration information. Black Graduation

Black Graduation is an annual program that gives graduates the chance to commemorate and cherish all the accomplishments, memories, and challenges throughout their college years. It is an occasion for parents and families of graduates to meet with Black faculty and staff to gain a greater insight on the journey of their students. Hosted by Afrikan American Affairs, a student agency within the MEC. Go here for registration information.
Latinx Graduation
Where: Gregory Gymnasium (GRE) Arena
When: 6 p.m., May 23
This ceremony is a day of celebration for the entire Latinx community. The ceremony recognizes the accomplishments, successes and achievements of all the Latinx graduates.
