Spring 2021 Community Classroom Course Open for Registration

The Center for Community Engagement invites Austin-area residents to participate in The Community Classroom: Human-Centered Advocacy, which offers low-cost, four-week virtual classes designed to equip participants with the advocacy skills they need to make a positive difference in their neighborhoods.
This course, hosted by the Community Advocacy and Healing Project (CAHP), will provide a framework for how community members can advocate for sustainable change through cultural, mindful, healing and a human-centered lens. Participants will learn to create, audit and adapt strategic plans for small businesses, creative project and community-oriented spaces.
