The Division of Campus and Community Engagement’s Human Resources office provides human resource administration and assistance to the Office of the Vice President and all DCCE departments/units. DCCE HR provides resources for department contacts who manage HR processes within the Division.

Performance Appraisals

The performance appraisal process for the evaluation period ending March 31, 2024 must be finalized by June 1, 2024. Employees should submit their Workday self-evaluation performance review by April 30, 2024. During this time, employees should also review and update any conflict of interest or commitment documentation and any flexible work arrangements (FWA).
