Apply now for the Discover Law.org Prelaw Undergraduate Scholars Program at UT Austin and Huston-Tillotson
This summer, the Longhorn Center for Academic Excellence will offer the DiscoverLaw.org Prelaw Undergraduate Scholars (PLUS) (please go to DiscoverLaw Dates for important dates) program to rising sophomores and juniors at the University of Texas and Huston-Tillotson University. The five-week program will help students learn more about the legal profession and what is needed to earn a law degree. DiscoverLaw.org PLUS focuses on the skills required to get into and succeed in law school and successfully pursue a range of careers in the legal field. The program is FREE for students selected to participate, and is funded by a grant from the Law School Admission Council (LSAC).
The DiscoverLaw.org summer session begins July 9, 2017. Interested students should contact the Longhorn Center for Academic Excellence at The University of Texas at Austin for application information, including deadlines and selection criteria.
