What: The Women’s Initiative for Entrepreneurship and Leadership Development (WIELD) is hosting a speaker event featuring Julie Goonewardene, associate vice chancellor of Innovation and Strategic Investment, University of Texas System; and Marina Bhargaa, president and CEO of the Greater Austin Asian Chamber of Commerce.

VP Leonard Moore to Speak at Texas Book Festival

What: Leonard N. Moore, vice president for diversity and community engagement and the George Littlefield Professor of American History, will give a talk titled “The Defeat of Black Power: Drawing Parallels between 1972 and 2020” at the Texas Book Festival.
