SSD is excited to partners with EY, a global professional services firm that is investing in their diversity and inclusion initiatives, which includes specific outreach to students with disabilities (http://www.ey.com/us/en/about-us/our-people-and-culture/diversity-and-inclusiveness/.)
EY will have Sean Baker, of their Diversity and Inclusion Recruiting team, available to provide virtual career coaching sessions specifically for students with disabilities on November 13th. This is a great opportunity to ask questions about future career opportunities with EY, inquire about accommodations in the workplace, or practice your interview skills.
These sessions are specifically for students with a 2.8 GPA or above in Accounting, Business, Information Systems, Engineering and Computer Science. Sophomores and Juniors are strongly encouraged to sign up for a virtual session!
These 15 minute career coaching sessions will be offered virtually either through Skype or Google Hangout. You will need to provide a copy of your resume and be prepared with your questions/goals for the session. (If you need assistance with drafting a resume visit your college’s career services office or the Vick Center). Business professional attire is not required but consider this a networking session and dress accordingly.
