Accommodation Letters Go ahead and request your Accommodation Letters. It often takes us a full 5 business days to process letter requests at the start of the semester. New: Instructor Web Portal SSD is piloting a new Instructor Web Portal that will allow instructors to access students’ Accommodation Letters online. Read more about the features of the Instructor Portal and stay tuned for more updates! Course Load Reduction/Full Time Status If you plan to take less than full time amount of hours and need full time status email your coordinator with the following information: 1) how many hours you plan to take, 2) who needs to be notified about full time status (Office of Financial Aid, Campus Employment, Campus Housing, etc.). Your coordinator then will draft and send letters to the appropriate offices to verify your full time status. SSD Office Hours Students can call, email or come by in person to meet with their Coordinator during their scheduled office hours. Please contact your Coordinator to find out when they will be offering office hours each week. You can find the names and contact information for SSD staff on our website.
