Wrapping Up Spring 2019
We’ve almost reached the last week of class for the spring 2019! We know it’s a busy time of year but take a few minutes to read below for some important information you don’t want to miss!
SSD End of the Year Survey
At the end of each year SSD asks for your feedback to help us understand your experience with SSD and using accommodations at UT. Your response helps us identify areas for improvement in SSD and on campus. Please let us know how we can better support you as a student with a disability at UT: SSD End of the Year Survey
Students who complete the ten minute survey have the option of entering in a drawing to win a BeVocal t-shirt!
The survey will remain open until Friday May 31st. Your feedback is important to us!
Congratulations Graduates!!

SSD will be inactivating your file after you graduate and your file will be kept according to our record retention policy. You can find more information online at SSD’s Reactivation and Maintenance of Records .
SSD Appreciation Awards
Have you had a great experience with a faculty or staff member this semester? Want to thank them for making positive difference in your semester? A great way to do that is by submitting a nomination for an SSD Appreciation Award!
Nominations must be submitted online by May 19th. You will need to include the individual’s full name, department and a few sentences explaining how he/she has positively impacted your semester at the University of Texas at Austin.

Friday May 10th: Medical Withdrawal and One Time Exception (OTE) Deadline
Last day to submit a completed medical withdrawal application to SSD or use your OTE through your college
Lois Ford LaBauve Scholarship
