SSD offers Office Hours for students who are registered with SSD and have an assigned SSD Coordinator and Drop In hours for non-registered students, prospective students, parents, staff and faculty.
Drop In appointments: provide an opportunity for students, faculty, staff, parents and prospective students to meet with an SSD coordinator to ask general questions or get information. Drop In Appointments can be conducted via email, phone call or virtually via Zoom. Drop In appointments do not fulfill the requirements to set up accommodations. The drop-in schedule is 10:00am-3:00pm on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and 12:30pm-3:00pm on Tuesday and Friday. SSD coordinators rotate coverage throughout the week.
Students who want to request interviews for a class assignment or publication should submit an interview request. Interviews cannot be conducted during a Drop In appointment.
Office Hours: While students who are registered with SSD can call or email their SSD Coordinator at any time, each Coordinator offers Office Hours each week as a way to provide opportunities to connect with students directly. Students who are registered can connect with their Coordinator during Office Hours via email, phone call or virtually via Zoom. Students can also contact their Coordinator to set up a scheduled time to meet outside of Office Hours.

*For the Spring 2021 semester all Drop In and Office Hours Appointment will be conducted virtually using Zoom. SSD Staff are also available via phone or email. Use the system below to sign up for a virtual Drop In or Office Hours appointment.
*SSD Directors do not offer regularly scheduled Office Hours. If your Coordinator is Kelli Bradley, MarloJo Scroggins or Emily Shryock please email them directly to schedule a time to meet.*
Students needing to meet with Eden Stone will need to contact her directly as she will not be offering Office Hours for Spring 2021.
