These online learning opportunities are being provided to DDCE staff for a few reasons: to enhance your work-from-home experience, to provide an interactive outlet in stressful times, and to enrich your professional development.
UTLearn
UTLearn is UT Austin’s employee training management system. UTLearn provides employees greater autonomy in managing training, has dynamic searching, and integrates with Workday. You can assign trainings and due dates for those whom you supervise while working from home, and even add a webinar to your transcript as external training.
UT Learning & Development
The UT Learning & Development program advocates for working professionals continuous learning, and helps create a structure of success for learning. Their last two series, geared toward working from home and the challenges that we face because of it, focus on empathy and psychological safety.
LinkendIn Learning
LinkendIn Learning is an on-demand library of high quality instructional videos covering a vast range of software, business, and creative skills. With more than 5,000 courses taught by industry experts– and more added every day– LinkendIn Learning is designed for all levels of learners, is available in seven languages, and is accessible whenever you are ready to learn.
DDCE has curated seven specific LinkendIn Learning collections for our business contacts, with collections for Marketing & Branding, Career Advancement, and Website Development in the works.
