On Monday January 12, 2015, University of Texas-Austin and Texas A&M Research Teams kicked-off the Consortium’s work for the new year with a joint research team meeting. During this session we had an opportunity to check in with our Consortium Advisory Council via a conference call and provided them with our mid-point check in summary, highlighting each institutions progress with their men of color initiatives. Following the conference call, the group engaged in strategic planning for the Consortium work that lies ahead; including our upcoming site visits, our fourth Consortium meeting, and our summer summit. We are excited for what this year may bring, stay tuned for more updates regarding our Consortium work and upcoming events.
