We would like to congratulate our PM Faculty Affiliate Dr. Raul Leon, assistant professor in Educational Leadership at Eastern Michigan University (EMU), for the recent recognition he received from his home institution. On Thursday May 31st 2016, Dr. Leon received the
Ronald W. Collins Distinguished Faculty Award. This is the highest award given to one faculty member at EMU. It recognizes recipients for a distinguished contribution in one of three categories: Teaching, Research, and Service. The award has been given at EMU since 1977. This is the first time the award is awarded to an Educational Leadership faculty member and the first time it is awarded to a Latino Male at the institution.
