Mission

The Division of Diversity and Community Engagement educates, connects and engages the diverse communities and individuals that the university serves to each other and to UT Austin while leading the university’s strategy around diversity, equity, inclusion, accessibility and belonging.

Vision

The Division of Diversity and Community Engagement will be a national model for successfully leading diversity, equity, inclusion efforts and ensuring that diversity and community engagement are intentionally woven into the fabric of UT Austin to inspire positive change within the university and the community.
