Associate Vice President and Executive Director for Development
Gregory serves as the chief development officer for the DDCE. In this role, he sets strategic vision and manages a team of seven other fundraising professionals. He also works as a front-line gift officer, managing a portfolio of high-level individual, corporate and foundation donors. Gregory is a native Texan and accomplished playwright. He holds both a B.A. and M.F.A in theatre from the University of Houston.
Tamaria Kai Perry
Assistant Vice President of Development
Tamaria serves as assistant vice president of development, supporting the friends and fundraising efforts of the DDCE. Her portfolio includes operational excellence and administrative responsibilities, specifically stewardship and the engagement of the DDCE Advisory Council. She also engages in direct fundraising efforts, which includes a portfolio of corporations, individuals and foundations.
Director of Development
Jazmine serves as director of development for the DDCE. In this role, she works as a front-line gift officer with individuals, companies and foundations to advance the division’s strategic priorities. She brings more than a decade of experience in fundraising, client relationship management, marketing and communications in the private, non-profit and education sectors. Originally from Brooklyn, NY, Jazmine holds a B.A. degree in Sociology from Yale University (Magna Cum Laude) and a Master of Business Administration in Social Enterprise from Columbia University (Beta Gamma Sigma).
Director for Advancement Services and Constituent Relations
Hannah serves as director for advancement services and constituent relations. She oversees gift processing and acknowledgments, data management and reporting, prospect management and research, endowment compliance, and constituent relations for DDCE’s Office of Development. She has over sixteen years of experience in development and higher education. Hannah earned her bachelor’s degree from Indiana University-Purdue University at Fort Wayne and her master’s degree in library science from Texas Woman’s University.
In his role with the DDCE, Vincent works with students of all ages from underserved backgrounds—something he is passionate about—while raising money to support the division’s many educational programs. He earned a bachelor’s degree from The University of Texas at Austin in Applied Learning and Development. As a quarterback, he led the Longhorns to victory over University of Southern California in the 2006 Rose Bowl. He played in the National Football League for six seasons.

Tamra serves as development specialist for DDCE. She is responsible for providing complex, high-level support to the associate vice president & executive director and the assistant vice president. She also provides general administrative and logistical support for the development team and manages gift processing and acknowledgments, data management and reporting, and the support of donor relations for UT Elementary. Tamra earned her bachelor’s degree from Louisiana State University in her hometown of Baton Rouge, Louisiana.
Graduate Research Assistant
Anthony directs the Intellectual Entrepreneurship Kuhn Scholars Program and assists the associate vice president with special projects. Anthony is currently a doctoral student in the Program in Higher Education Leadership. He has previously served as a community adviser with the Upward Bound Program, a head residential assistant, an orientation leader, a peer health educator, and the Student Government president.
