Jazmine serves as executive director of development for the DDCE. In this role, she leads the development team and works with individuals, companies and foundations interested in making transformative philanthropic investments to advance the division’s strategic priorities. She brings more than 15 years of experience in fundraising, client relationship management, marketing and communications in the private, non-profit and education sectors. Originally from Brooklyn, NY, Jazmine holds a B.A. degree in Sociology from Yale University (Magna Cum Laude) and a Master of Business Administration in Social Enterprise from Columbia University (Beta Gamma Sigma).
Deidra Garcia
Assistant Director of Development

Deidra serves as assistant director of development for the DDCE. In this role, she works to secure philanthropic gifts from donors seeking to make a significant impact on strategic DDCE areas. A native of Houston, TX, Deidra is a proud Longhorn. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from The University of Texas at Austin.
Yvonne Fuentes Loya

Yvonne serves as program coordinator – development for the DDCE. In this role, she coordinates annual giving, development events, and foundation relations activities for the team. She brings more than 20 years of experience in community engagement and outreach and holds a Master of Education degree from The University of Texas at Austin.
