First Abroad Scholarship
This is a great scholarship for first-generation students who know they want to go abroad, but would like more support in selecting a program and time to plan for academic and financial considerations. Stop by at the Scholarship table during the Study Abroad fair on Sep. 12, 2018.
- The scholarship is for first-year, first-generation students only.
- This is a planning scholarship. Students apply for the scholarship their first semester at UT and have until their senior year to use the funds.
- First semester at UT was Fall 2017 or Fall 2018
- Awarded students work one-on-one with an advisor to identify study abroad experiences that fit their goals.
