The LCAE is a learning community that empowers students personally, academically, and professionally to become engaged members of the university community. It includes numerous support programs including the federally funded TRiO programs.

Serving more than 3,000 students at 23 campuses located at shelters, hospitals and other residential facilities, UT Charter School addresses unique learning needs of children in crises.
