Initiatives that strive to increase students’ sense of belonging, STEM identity and self-efficacy by exposing them to varied STEM career paths, options and STEM role models via webinars, workshops, networking events, and the signature WiSTEM Women’s History Month Celebration. Students participating:  

• Gain both knowledge and skills required for a success in the workplace 
• Receive practical information and applications for the workplace through lecture, interactive discussion, role plays and other engaging teaching methods 
• Have opportunities to connect and network with STEM role models
