Through community creating events, leadership training and skills advancement opportunities, and events designed to foster cross-organization and cross-institution collaborations, the WiSTEM Leadership Ecosystem increases the Sense of Belonging, STEM Identity and Self-Efficacy for future and current STEM campus organization leaders who identify as women.
Benefits
Participation provides organization leaders with:
- A comprehensive directory of organizations with similar goals/missions across all STEM disciplines/colleges/schools
- A peer network to facilitate connections, coalitions and collaborations across organizations
- Ecosystem wide leadership training and workshops for STEM student leaders to develop/refine leadership and communication skills as well as strategies for increasing student engagement in their organization
